"I attended the IDG retreat in August 2024 and deeply appreciated the atmosphere. Even the gondola ride up the mountain felt like leaving everyday struggles behind. At the top, we stepped into breathtaking nature, followed by a short walk to Berglodge37—a peaceful, cozy, and beautifully designed wooden retreat.

The sessions were thoughtfully curated, offering a balance of structured learning, deep self-reflection, and enriching conversations with fellow participants. Guided meditations and nature walks provided mindful moments that nourished both body and soul. It was a truly holistic experience.
